✔️ Pharmacology:
- Vilanterol: A long-acting beta-agonist (LABA) aiding bronchodilation by increasing cyclic AMP.
- Fluticasone Furoate: A corticosteroid targeting inflammation in COPD and asthma.
- Umeclidinium: An anticholinergic that inhibits M3 receptors in smooth muscle for bronchodilation.

- Administered via inhalation (not oral).
- Recommended once daily for maintenance; follow with mouth rinsing to prevent oropharyngeal candidiasis.
- COPD and asthma: 1 capsule daily for adults (18+).
