Vilanterol Trifenatate 25 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 200 mcg + Umeclidinium Bromide 62.5 mcg is used for the Treatment of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and AsthmaBefore using, always check the label for instructions. Trihale 200 Rotacap is intended for oral inhalation only. Use it as directed by your doctor, following the prescribed dose and duration. Keep the inhaler closed until you're ready to use it. Shaking the inhaler is unnecessary and should be avoided. After inhaling, rinse your mouth with water and spit it out to help prevent fungal infections in the mouth and throat. Do not use more than once every 24 hours.

Vilanterol Trifenatate 25 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 200 mcg + Umeclidinium Bromide 62.5 mcg may interact with bronchodilators (e.g., formoterol fumarate, indacaterol, salmeterol, olodaterol, tiotropium, aclidinium, glycopyrronium, umeclidinium), antifungal medications (e.g., voriconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole), HIV/AIDS treatments (e.g., lopinavir, nelfinavir, ritonavir, indinavir, saquinavir, atazanavir, cobicistat products), antibiotics (e.g., clarithromycin), diuretics, antidepressants, blood pressure medications (e.g., propranolol), and glaucoma medications (e.g., timolol).
If you have conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid issues, low potassium levels, glaucoma, cataracts, vision changes, prostate or bladder issues, immune system, heart, or liver problems, seizures, thrush or yeast infections, herpes simplex of the eye, tuberculosis, or any viral, bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infections, consult your doctor before using Vilanterol Trifenatate 25 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 200 mcg + Umeclidinium Bromide 62.5 mcg
If you are allergic to Umeclidinium, Fluticasone furoate, Vilanterol, or any other ingredients in Vilanterol Trifenatate 25 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 200 mcg + Umeclidinium Bromide 62.5 mcg, inform your doctor. For individuals with severe milk protein or lactose allergies, this medication should be used with caution. Long-term use of Vilanterol Trifenatate 25 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 200 mcg + Umeclidinium Bromide 62.5 mcg may increase the risk of weakened bones (osteoporosis), leading to a higher likelihood of fractures. To reduce the risk, take extra precautions to prevent injuries and falls. Avoid contact with people who have chickenpox or measles, as Vilanterol Trifenatate 25 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 200 mcg + Umeclidinium Bromide 62.5 mcg may increase susceptibility to these infections. If you are exposed, consult your doctor immediately. The drug may also cause eye issues; if any eye problems arise, reach out to your doctor, and ensure regular eye exams. Avoid exceeding the prescribed dose to prevent overdose symptoms such as dry mouth, shakiness, blurred vision, headache, or an accelerated heartbeat.
