Mirogabalin Besylate is prescribed for the treatment of:
- Neuropathic Pain
- Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathic Pain (DPNP)
- Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN)
- Peripheral Neuropathic Pain (PNP)

✔️ Commonly reported side effects include:
- Somnolence
- Dizziness
- Edema
- Weight Gain
If severe symptoms like loss of consciousness, jaundice, or persistent dizziness occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
✔️ Dosage: Sindola 2.5
- Adults: The initial dose is 5 mg taken orally twice daily. The dose may be increased by 5 mg weekly to a maximum of 15 mg twice daily.
- Adjustments should be made based on age and symptoms.
- Always follow the doctor’s advice for dosage.
✔️ Drug Interactions
- Cimetidine and Probenecid may increase Mirogabalin plasma concentrations.
- Combining Mirogabalin with lorazepam or alcohol can potentiate CNS depressive effects (e.g., drowsiness or sedation).
- Mirogabalin does not induce or inhibit cytochrome P450 isoenzymes.

- Hypersensitivity to Mirogabalin.
- Patients with mild to moderate hepatic or renal impairment.
