Divanor contains dydrogesterone, a synthetic progestogen structurally similar to the naturally occurring hormone progesterone. It helps regulate the growth and shedding of the uterine lining, supporting a more balanced menstrual cycle. By correcting progesterone-related hormonal disturbances, it may help manage menstrual irregularities, PMS, painful periods, endometriosis, and selected infertility-related conditions. Unlike some other progestogens, dydrogesterone generally does not suppress ovulation or produce significant estrogenic or androgenic effects.
