✅ Description:
Dextromethorphan HBr + Phenylephrine HCl + Triprolidine HCl
- Dextromethorphan: A non-narcotic antitussive that suppresses cough by acting on the brain’s cough center
- Phenylephrine: A nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels to reduce nasal swelling and congestion
- Triprolidine: An antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to relieve allergy symptoms, though it may cause mild sedation
