✔️ Dosage & Administration of Neurolin CR
- Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy: Start at 50 mg thrice daily, increasing to a max of 300 mg/day. CR tablets start at 165 mg once daily, increasing to 330 mg/day.
- Postherpetic Neuralgia: Begin at 75-150 mg twice daily or 50-100 mg thrice daily, adjustable to 600 mg/day. CR tablets can go up to 660 mg/day if needed.
- Fibromyalgia: Start with 75 mg twice daily (150 mg/day), with adjustments up to 450 mg/day.
- Spinal Cord Injury Pain: Begin at 75 mg twice daily (150 mg/day), adjustable to a max of 600 mg/day.
- Seizures: Pediatric doses vary based on weight and individual requirements.
CR tablets should be taken after an evening meal, swallowed whole, and not split or crushed.
