- Infants (1-12 months): 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) daily
- Toddlers (1-4 years): 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily
- Children (4 years & above): 7.5 ml (1½ teaspoons) daily
- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily
