✅ Description:
Contains two medicines:
Salmeterol: Long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles.
Fluticasone Propionate: Steroid that reduces airway inflammation.
Together: They reduce symptoms and make breathing easier.
- Take at the same time every day.
- Works gradually; full effect may take a few weeks.
- Do not stop taking it even if you feel well.
- First dose should be under medical supervision (risk of bronchospasm).

- Shake the inhaler well.
- Exhale fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth.
- Press the inhaler once while inhaling slowly.
- Hold your breath for 10 seconds.
- Repeat if more than one puff is prescribed.
- Rinse your mouth and throat after use to prevent fungal infections.

- Avoid sudden stopping; therapy should be gradually reduced.
- Monitor children’s growth during long-term use.
- Use caution in patients with TB, severe heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, hypokalemia, or osteoporosis risk.
