Asthma – Adults & Adolescents:

50 µg Salmeterol + 100/250 µg Fluticasone twice daily

Maximum: 50 µg + 500 µg twice daily

Children (4–11 years):

50 µg Salmeterol + 100 µg Fluticasone twice daily

COPD – Adults:

50 µg Salmeterol + 250 µg Fluticasone twice daily

Special Groups:

No dose adjustment needed for elderly or patients with renal impairment

Insufficient data for hepatic impairment

Avoid β-blockers unless necessary

Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, ritonavir) may increase fluticasone exposure
