Contine 200 should be taken as prescribed by the physician, preferably at the same time each day, often in the evening after food. Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. However, if it is close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one—do not double the dose.S
