• Use the device twice daily for best results.
• Ensure consistent results in both sessions.
• Ideally, monitor blood pressure at the same time every day.
• Avoid measuring blood pressure immediately after waking up.
• Refrain from consuming food, alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine for 30 minutes before using the device.
• Use the same arm consistently when monitoring blood pressure.

✔️ How to Use:

• Sit in a comfortable position and turn on the power button.
• For automatic models, the cuff will inflate by itself with a push of a button.
• After inflation, the device will slowly release the air, displaying both systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings.
• Press the exhaust button to release the air completely from the cuff.
• Turn off the power when done. If repeating, wait for two to three minutes before starting.
