Alpha-lipoic acid is naturally produced in the body and also found in foods like red meat, spinach, broccoli, carrots, beets, and potatoes.
Acts as a strong antioxidant, protecting nerve and brain tissue from oxidative damage.
Helps break down carbohydrates and generate energy.
Supports nerve health, particularly in diabetic neuropathy, reducing pain, tingling, burning, and numbness in the limbs.
May help lower blood sugar levels by influencing glucose transport and insulin sensitivity.
Its antioxidant action includes metal chelation, regenerating vitamins C and E, and modulating cellular signaling pathways.
✔️ Dosage & Administration
Adults: 2 capsules once daily or 1 capsule twice daily.
Preferably taken on an empty stomach or as directed by your physician.
Not recommended for children unless prescribed by a doctor.

May slow blood clotting. Caution if taken with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) as it may increase the risk of bleeding.
