- Use the same arm consistently when monitoring blood pressure.
✔️ How to Use:
- Sit in a comfortable position and turn on the power button.
- For automatic models, the cuff will inflate by itself with a push of a button.
- After inflation, the device will slowly release the air, displaying both systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings.
- Press the exhaust button to release the air completely from the cuff.
- Turn off the power when done. If repeating, wait for two to three minutes before starting.
