- Vitamin C: Interactions may occur with deferoxamine, hormonal contraceptives, fluphenazine, warfarin, iron supplements, salicylates, disulfiram, mexiletine, and vitamin B12.
- Vitamin E: Absorption may be reduced by cholestyramine, colestipol, and orlistat. High doses of vitamin E can potentiate warfarin’s anticoagulant effects or reduce the response to iron supplementation.
