Some users may experience a mild burning sensation, itching, dryness, redness, oily skin, or peeling, which often resolve independently. However, if these persist, consult a doctor.

If Clascoterone does not show improvement after 4-6 weeks of use, consult a dermatologist. Women experiencing persistent acne may need an ultrasound scan to rule out Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD).

For external use only. Avoid applying Clascoterone near the eyes, eyelids, lips, or mouth. Apply a thin layer of cream, gel, lotion, solution, mist spray, or foam on affected areas as directed by a healthcare provider. Wash hands before and after application and avoid using a dressing or bandage over treated areas.

• Drug-Drug: May interact with antibiotics (erythromycin), anticoagulants (warfarin), and neuromuscular blockers (atracurium, vecuronium).
