Rare but serious: Loss of consciousness, liver dysfunction (jaundice, nausea, vomiting, fatigue)

Adults: Start with 5 mg orally twice daily. Increase gradually by 5 mg weekly up to 15 mg twice daily, depending on response, age, and tolerance.
