✔️ Dosage

Adults: The dose varies according to the condition being treated. For nausea and vomiting, doses may be given at intervals of 4–8 hours, while different dosing schedules may be used for dyspepsia or migraine. The maximum dose should not be exceeded.

Children: Pediatric dosing is based on body weight and should only be given under medical supervision.

Kidney problems: Patients with severe renal impairment may require reduced dosing, particularly during prolonged treatment.

✔️ Directions for Use:

• Take Vomitop 10 on an empty stomach, preferably 15–30 minutes before meals.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break it.
• Take the medicine as directed and for the duration prescribed by your doctor.
• Do not continue treatment for more than 7 days unless your doctor recommends otherwise.
• The dose depends on your condition and response to treatment.

✔️ Inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking. Domperidone may interact with:

• Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, erythromycin, and ritonavir
• Bromocriptine
• Opioid painkillers
• Antimuscarinic medicines

Some medicines can increase domperidone levels and potentially raise the risk of QT prolongation and serious heart rhythm problems.

✔️ Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Consult your doctor before using Vomitop 10 during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Domperidone can increase prolactin levels and may cause effects such as breast enlargement or milk production in some individuals.

✔️ Safety Information:

Vomitop 10 may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or activities requiring concentration until you know how the medicine affects you.

Avoid alcohol because it can increase drowsiness.

Drink adequate fluids if diarrhea occurs to reduce the risk of dehydration. Inform your doctor if you develop persistent watery diarrhea, fever, or continuing abdominal pain.

Tell your doctor before taking Vomitop 10 if you have kidney or liver disease, heart problems, electrolyte abnormalities, or any history of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Do not use it in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, obstruction, or perforation, or in certain hormone-secreting pituitary conditions.
