✅ Description:
Fosfomycin is indicated only for the treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections (acute cystitis) in women, caused by susceptible strains of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis.
Adult women (≥18 years): One sachet as a single oral dose
- Can be taken with or without food
- Not recommended for children
Preparation:
Dissolve the full contents of one sachet in 100 ml of water, stir well, and drink immediately.
