Apply MSR Permethrin Lotion over the entire body, except the head and mouth area. Ensure thorough coverage, especially between fingers, toes, under nails, waistline, and skin folds.

All family members should use MSR Permethrin Lotion for complete prevention and to stop reinfestation.

Repeat application after 7 days, applying over the whole body to ensure eradication of newly hatched mites.

For children (2 months–2 years):

Apply lotion over the whole body except the head and mouth, as directed by a physician.

Evenly apply MSR on washed, towel-dried hair from root to tip of the hair. Wait for 10 mins and wash off with warm water. Use a fine-toothed comb to brush hair and remove nits (eggs) and dead lice. Re-apply Perlice if live lice are observed after at least 7 days following the first application. In the case of scabies, apply the drug and leave it for about 8 to 14 hours.
