✅ Description:
Melafit helps relieve jet lag–related symptoms such as irritability, indigestion, daytime fatigue, and sleep disturbances. It works by synchronizing the body’s natural day–night (circadian) rhythm, thereby improving sleep quality and duration.
For best results, Melafit should be taken at bedtime, either 2 hours before or 2 hours after meals. Taking it at the same time each day is recommended to maintain consistent blood levels. Do not miss doses, and complete the prescribed course of therapy.
Melafit contains melatonin, a naturally occurring hormone secreted by the pineal gland. Melatonin levels rise at night and fall during the day, playing a key role in regulating the sleep–wake cycle and promoting natural sleep onset.
