Serious: Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following:

• The recommended dose is 2.5 mg once daily.

For patients with hepatic impairment:

• In patients with cirrhosis or severe hepatic impairment, the dose should be reduced by 50%.
• The recommended dose for such patients is 2.5 mg on alternate days.
