• Not recommended for children with juvenile-onset diabetes.

Modified Release Tablets:

• Gliclazide 30 mg: 1 to 4 tablets daily as a single dose.
• Gliclazide 60 mg: 1 to 2 tablets daily as a single dose.

Overdosage:

Missed Dose:

Interaction

• Prior to taking Glucozid MR 30mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you're using any of the following medications:
• Other antidiabetic drugs like metformin, insulin, glipizide, glibenclamide, dapagliflozin, teneligliptin, etc.
• Antifungal medicines such as miconazole or fluconazole
• St. John's Wort (used for depression)
• Antibiotics like fluoroquinolones, clarithromycin, co-trimoxazole, rifampicin, chloramphenicol, tetracyclines, or sulphonamides
• Medications for high blood pressure or heart failure including beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors
• Drugs for stomach ulcers like ranitidine, famotidine
• Antidepressants like moclobemide, isocarboxazid, phenelzine, tranylcypromine
• Pain relief medications like aspirin, phenylbutazone, ibuprofen
• Medicines containing alcohol, such as cough preparations
• Medications for mental illness like chlorpromazine, prochlorperazine, lithium
• Corticosteroids like prednisolone, cortisone, betamethasone
• Asthma medications like salbutamol, terbutaline
