• 6 to 12 years old: The recommended dose is 2 mg every 4 to 6 hours, with a maximum daily dose of 12 mg.
• 2 to 5 years old: The recommended dose is 1 mg every 4 to 6 hours, with a maximum daily dose of 6 mg.
• 1 to 2 years old: The recommended dose is 1 mg twice daily.
