✔️ Each 1 ml of oral solution contains:
- Rhubarb extract BP: 0.05 g (equivalent to anthraquinone glycosides 0.005 g)
- Salicylic acid BP: 0.01 g
✔️ Pharmacology
- Salicylic acid: Blocks the cyclo-oxygenase enzyme to reduce inflammation and pain.
- Anthraquinone glycosides (from Rhubarb extract): Provides anti-inflammatory effects and promotes tissue recovery.
- Both ingredients are well absorbed by the oral mucosa.

- Common:
- A transient burning sensation at the application site.
- Temporary discoloration of teeth or oral mucosa.
✔️ Overdose Effects
- Local application overdose: Unlikely to cause significant effects.
- Systemic overdose (ingestion): This may lead to abdominal cramping, diarrhea, or salicylism (symptoms like hyperventilation, tinnitus, deafness, vasodilation, and sweating).

- Adults: Apply to inflamed areas of the oral mucosa (after removing dentures) 3–4 times daily using the provided brush. Avoid rinsing the mouth or eating for 15 minutes after application. Close the cap immediately after each use.
