Olivan TS 0.3% Eye Drop

✔️ How does Olivan TS work?

Olivan TS is an analgesic medication. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the eye that cause inflammation, pain, and swelling. As a result, it provides relief from post-surgical eye pain, inflammation, and swelling.

✔️ Directions for Use: Olivan TS

• Use Olivan TS as advised by your physician. It is for ophthalmic use only.
• Wash your hands before application. Tilt your head slightly backwards and place the tip of the container close to your eyes. Gently pull your lower eyelid and instill a few drops of the medicine as directed by your physician.
• Close your eyes and gently press the inner corner of your eye for 2 minutes. Repeat the same for the other eye if required.
• Do not touch the tip of the container with your eyes, eyelids, or areas around your eyes or fingers, to avoid contamination.
• Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending on your age, body weight, and health condition.

✔️ Side Effects of Olivan TS

• visual disturbances
• sensation of a foreign body in the eye
• sticky sensation
• eye discomfort
• eyelid crusting or drooping
• dry eye, eyelid swelling
• itchy eye
• eye discharge
• increased tear production
• dizziness, headache

✔️ Before using Olivan TS, inform your doctor if you:

• bruise easily or have any bleeding problems
• have an eye infection or any other eye disorders
• have diabetes
• have rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation of joints)
• have had repeated eye surgery within a short period of time

✔️ Before using Olivan TS, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines such as:

• other eye drops for the management of glaucoma (Ex. timolol)
• medicines used to reduce blood clotting (Ex. warfarin)
• other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce pain (Ex. aspirin, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, piroxicam, diclofenac)
• topical steroids on the eye (Ex. hydrocortisone)

• Keep Olivan TS out of reach of children
• Store Olivan TS at room temperature
