Progency 10 is a progestogen medicine used to manage various menstrual and reproductive health conditions associated with progesterone imbalance. It may be prescribed for female infertility, painful or irregular periods, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), endometriosis, amenorrhea, and abnormal uterine bleeding. It can also help restore menstruation when periods stop before menopause and manage excessively heavy menstrual bleeding.
