Zolivox is an antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections, particularly infections of the lungs (pneumonia), skin, and soft tissues. It should be taken regularly at a fixed time, with or without food, exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Completing the full course is essential, even if symptoms improve earlier, to prevent relapse or antibiotic resistance.
Uses
Adults: The dose and duration vary depending on the infection, typically 400–600 mg every 12 hours for 7–28 days, as directed by a physician.
