It is commonly prescribed for conditions including tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), tinea cruris (jock itch), and tinea corporis (ringworm).
Recommended treatment duration:
Do not exceed 45 grams per week unless instructed by a physician.

Rare adverse effects may include:
Seek medical attention if signs of an allergic reaction occur, such as severe rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, or widespread irritation.
Do not use Bet-CL Cream if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to betamethasone, clotrimazole, or any component of the formulation.
Although interactions are uncommon with topical use, inform your doctor about all medications you are currently taking, especially other skin treatments.
Pregnancy:

Prolonged use of potent topical corticosteroids during pregnancy may increase the risk of low birth weight. Pregnant women should use the smallest effective amount for the shortest possible duration.
Breastfeeding:
It is not known whether betamethasone passes into breast milk after topical application. Nursing mothers should use the medication cautiously and avoid applying it directly to the nipples or surrounding areas to prevent infant exposure.
Combination corticosteroid and antifungal preparation.
