• Ankle or foot swelling (peripheral oedema)
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Flushing
• Palpitations
• Nausea
• Abdominal pain
• Sleepiness or drowsiness
• Muscle cramps

Contact your doctor if side effects persist, worsen or interfere with daily activities.

Serious Side Effects

Seek urgent medical attention if you experience severe dizziness or fainting, worsening chest pain, significant breathing difficulty or signs of a serious allergic reaction. New or worsening breathlessness may require prompt assessment, particularly in people with heart failure.
