- Adults: 5-10 mg once daily after breakfast (Maximum: 20 mg/day).
- Elderly: Start with the lowest dose (5 mg) due to increased sensitivity to hypotension.
- Pediatric Use: Safety in children has not been established.

Cilvas may interact with other antihypertensive drugs, antipsychotics that cause hypotension, and medications such as quinidine, carbamazepine, phenytoin, rifampicin, cimetidine, and erythromycin.
✔️ Do not use Cilvas in patients with:
- Known allergy to Cilnidipine or its excipients
- Cardiogenic shock
- Recent myocardial infarction or acute unstable angina
- Severe aortic stenosis
✔️ Use in Pregnancy & Lactation:
- Should not be used during pregnancy or in women who may become pregnant.
- Not recommended for breastfeeding mothers. If necessary, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
✔️ Precautions & Warnings:
- Use with caution in patients with severe liver dysfunction or those with a history of serious reactions to calcium channel blockers.
- When discontinuing the drug, reduce the dosage gradually under medical supervision.
✔️ Storage:
Store below 30°C, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
