How does work?

Indication of Reelife Tablet

Reelife Tablet is used to treat individuals who have moderate to severe depression and moderate to severe anxiety. Insomnia, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, agitation, mental and physical anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and anorexia are all symptoms that are likely to react in the first week of treatment.

Pharmacology

Chlordiazepoxide is an anxiolytic and amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant. The reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin in the brain is inhibited by amitriptyline. The antidepressant effect of Amitriptyline is due to its interference with reuptake. Chlordiazepoxide causes membrane hyperpolarization by increasing GABA-mediated chloride inflow through GABA receptor channels.
