Ispergul 3.5 gm is a bulking agent used to treat constipation and conditions where soft stools are preferable. It is particularly useful for patients requiring a high-fiber diet.

✔️ Dosage of Ispergul 3.5 gm:

Constipation:
- Adult: 3.5 g, 1-3 times daily, mixed with a full glass of liquid.
- Child (≤12 years): Half to 1 level 5-mL spoonful twice daily, dissolved in water.
Mild to moderate hypercholesterolemia:
- Adult: 7.5-10 g daily, mixed with a full glass of liquid, as an adjunct to a lipid-lowering diet.
