- Blood cancer (Chronic myeloid leukemia)

Dasatinib works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.
✔️ Dosage and Administration
Adults:
- Chronic phase CML: 100 mg orally once daily.
- Advanced phases of CML/Ph+ ALL: 140 mg orally once daily.
- Tablets must be swallowed whole, not crushed or cut.
Pediatrics:
- Dosage is based on body weight, ranging from 40 mg to 100 mg daily.
- Regular recalculation of doses based on weight changes is necessary.
