- Pediatric Patients (6 to 14 years): 5 mg tablet once daily.

- Pediatric Patients (6 months to 5 years): 4 mg oral granules once daily, which can be taken directly or mixed with cold water/soft food.
- Hepatic Insufficiency: No dosage adjustment is needed for mild-to-moderate hepatic insufficiency.
- Renal Insufficiency: No dosage adjustment is recommended.
- Elderly: Similar pharmacokinetics and bioavailability as in younger adults, with slightly longer half-life. No dosage adjustment is required.
