Indica G 110mcg+50mcg Dry Powder Inhalation Capsule

✔️ Each dry powder inhalation capsule contains:

• Indacaterol 110 mcg (as Indacaterol Maleate INN, micronized)
• Glycopyrronium 50 mcg (as Glycopyrronium Bromide BP, micronized)

✔️ Dosage & Administration

Adults (18 years and above):

• Inhale one capsule once daily using the supplied inhaler.
• Use the medicine at the same time every day.
• Do not exceed one dose within 24 hours.

Special Populations

• Elderly: No dosage adjustment is generally required.
• Children and adolescents: Not recommended for patients under 18 years of age.
• Renal impairment: Can be used in mild to moderate renal impairment. In severe renal impairment or patients requiring dialysis, use only if the expected benefits outweigh the risks.
• Hepatic impairment: Suitable for patients with mild to moderate liver impairment. Use cautiously in severe hepatic impairment due to limited clinical data.

✔️ Do not use Indica-G DPI if you:

• Are allergic to Indacaterol, Glycopyrronium, or any ingredient in the product.
• Have a severe allergy to milk proteins.
• Have asthma without appropriate long-term asthma controller therapy.

✔️ Use caution when taking this medicine with:

• Beta-blockers, which may reduce its bronchodilator effect.
• Other anticholinergic medicines or sympathomimetic drugs, which may increase side effects.
• Medicines that lower potassium levels, as they may increase the risk of hypokalaemia.

✔️ Directions for Use

1. Remove the protective cap from the inhaler.
2. Open the inhaler by twisting the mouthpiece.
3. Remove one capsule from the blister immediately before use.
4. Place the capsule into the capsule chamber.
5. Close the inhaler securely.
6. Hold the inhaler upright and press both side buttons once to pierce the capsule, then release them.
7. Breathe out fully away from the inhaler.
8. Place the mouthpiece between your lips and inhale rapidly and deeply.
9. Hold your breath for 5–10 seconds before breathing out.
10. Remove and discard the empty capsule after use.
11. Rinse your mouth with water.
12. Clean the mouthpiece and capsule chamber regularly and replace the protective cap after cleaning.

✔️ Pregnancy & Lactation

• Pregnancy: Use only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk to the unborn baby.
• Breastfeeding: It is unknown whether the medicine passes into breast milk. Use only if considered necessary by your physician.

✔️ Precautions & Warnings

• Not intended for the treatment of acute COPD attacks.
• Do not use additional LABA-containing medicines unless advised by your doctor.
• Stop treatment and seek medical attention if paradoxical bronchospasm occurs.
• Use cautiously in patients with:
  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Hyperthyroidism
  • Seizure disorders
  • Narrow-angle glaucoma
  • Enlarged prostate or urinary retention
• Regular monitoring may be required in patients at risk of hypokalaemia or hyperglycaemia.

✔️ Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Keep the inhaler protected from moisture.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
