Disopan 1mg/ml Injection is a formulation of clonazepam, a benzodiazepine derivative primarily used for its anticonvulsant and anxiolytic properties.
No significant alteration in the pharmacokinetics of phenytoin, carbamazepine, or phenobarbital was noted. Hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines, acute narrow-angle glaucoma, significant liver disease. Monitor for increased seizure activity in mixed seizure disorders. Enhanced pharmacologic effects in geriatric patients; caution in hepatic impairment.
