Trunac Gel is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Tretinoin, which treat pimples (acne). Clindamycin is an antibiotic that works by penetrating the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes the skin, and helps keep your pores open.

Hypersensitivity to Clindamycin, Tretinoin, or any component of the gel.
It is unknown if Clindamycin or Tretinoin is excreted in human milk. Use with caution in nursing mothers.
Avoid applying Clindamycin and Tretinoin gel to the eyes, nose, ears, lips, cuts, burns, or other infections. Keep away from sunlight after application.
