Promef Tablet is a special formulation containing synergistically acting natural ingredients, including Aloe (Aloe barbadensis), Saffron (Crocus sativus), and other natural components. It is designed to prevent amenorrhoea, irregular menstruation, and other female disorders. The tablet aims to strengthen and maintain the normal function of the uterus.

✔️ Indications:
Promef Tablet is indicated for amenorrhoea, a condition characterized by the absence of menstrual periods.
✔️ Each tablet contains:
- Aloe (Aloe barbadensis): 294.12 mg
- Saffron (Crocus sativus): 58.82 mg
- Ferrus sulphate: 147.06 mg
✔️ Dosage & Administration:
1-2 tablets, three times daily, should be taken from 3-4 days before the expected start of the menstrual cycle. It is not to be taken if the menstrual cycle has already started. The dosage may also be as prescribed by a physician.
✔️ Side Effects:
No significant side effects have been observed within the therapeutic dosage.
✔️ Contraindications:
There is no known contraindication for Promef Tablet.
