Timolol is a non-selective beta-blocker that decreases intraocular fluid formation.
Together, they act synergistically to lower elevated eye pressure and reduce the risk of optic nerve damage and vision loss.
Adults: Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily

- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Tilt head back and pull down the lower eyelid.
- Gently squeeze the bottle to instill one drop without touching the tip to the eye or surface.
- Close eyes gently and press on the inner corner of the eye for 1 minute.
Apply gentle pressure to the tear duct for 1 minute post-instillation to prevent systemic absorption.

Brinzolamide:
