Twinor SV | 7 Vials

Twinor SV is a prescription eye medication used to treat ocular hypertension and glaucoma. It helps reduce elevated intraocular pressure by decreasing the production of aqueous humor (fluid inside the eye), thereby protecting the optic nerve and reducing the risk of vision loss.

This medicine should be used only in the affected eye, exactly as directed by your doctor. Always wash your hands before applying the drops and follow the instructions on the label carefully. Do not stop treatment suddenly, even if symptoms improve, as this may lead to worsening of the condition.

Common side effects may include eye irritation, redness, burning or itching sensation, dryness, foreign body sensation, and temporary blurred vision. These effects are usually mild and short-lived, but if they persist or worsen, medical advice should be sought.

If accidental contact occurs with the ears, nose, or mouth, rinse immediately with clean water. Patients should inform their doctor if they are pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to any ingredients, or taking other medications. Since temporary blurred vision or drowsiness may occur, caution is advised when driving or operating machinery.

Twinor SV contains two active ingredients:

• Timolol: a beta-blocker that reduces aqueous humor production
• Brimonidine: an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that decreases fluid production and improves outflow

Together, they lower intraocular pressure effectively.

• Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, as prescribed by the physician.
• For external ophthalmic use only
• Wash hands before application

• Apply into the lower eyelid gently
• Remove excess liquid after instillation

• Hypersensitivity to ingredients
• Patients on MAO inhibitor therapy
• Use cautiously in heart disease, depression, or vascular disorders
• Caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Avoid in patients with severe respiratory or cardiovascular conditions without medical supervision
• Contact lens users should follow strict timing guidelines
• May interact with sedatives, alcohol, antihypertensives, and other CNS depressants
• Beta-blocker effects may increase with certain cardiac or blood pressure medications
• NSAIDs may reduce effectiveness
• Possible interactions with antidepressants and clonidine

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of reach of children and discard the bottle 4 weeks after opening.
