Betafree Eye Drop is a prescription ophthalmic medication used in the management of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It contains a combination of medicines that help lower elevated pressure inside the eye by reducing the production of aqueous humour (the fluid within the eye). Betafree Eye Drop should be used only in the affected eye(s) and strictly according to the dose and duration prescribed by a doctor. Hands should be washed before application, and the instructions on the label must be carefully followed. Do not discontinue the medicine without medical advice, even if symptoms improve, as premature stopping may worsen the condition.

  • For external ophthalmic use only
  • Instill the prescribed number of drops into the lower eyelid without touching the dropper tip
  • Wipe away excess liquid after use
  • If more than one eye medicine is prescribed, maintain a 5–10 minute gap between applications
  • Adults:  1 drop in the affected eye(s) 2–3 times daily
  • Children:
  • Below 2 years: Safety not established
  • Above 2 years: 1 drop 2–3 times daily, as directed by a doctor
