Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:

• Severe allergic reaction (swelling of face, lips, throat, difficulty breathing)
• Irregular/fast heartbeat
• Seizures
• Uncontrolled muscle movements or abnormal postures

Side Effect Management

• Dry mouth: Sip water frequently, chew sugar-free gum.
• Headache: Rest in a quiet room, hydrate, apply a cold/warm compress.
• Diarrhea: Stay hydrated, avoid self-medication.
• Itchy skin: Avoid hot showers, moisturize, use sunscreen.
• Drowsiness: Rest well, avoid driving if sleepy.

✔️ Directions for Use:

Take as directed by your physician.

Shake well before use.

Dosage depends on age, weight, and clinical condition.

✔️ Antifungals

• Avoid combining Vave Oral Suspension with:: ketoconazole, fluconazole, voriconazole
• Antibiotics: erythromycin, clarithromycin, moxifloxacin
• Heart medicines: amiodarone, quinidine, verapamil, diltiazem
• Psychotropics: haloperidol, citalopram, escitalopram
• GI drugs: cisapride, prucalopride
• Others: methadone, ritonavir, halofantrine, vandetanib

Always inform your doctor about all ongoing medications.

✔️ Contraindications:

Do not use Vave Oral Suspension if you have:

• Heart disease (prolonged QT interval, heart failure)
• Moderate to severe liver impairment
• Stomach/intestinal bleeding, obstruction, or perforation
• Pituitary gland tumor (prolactinoma)
• Allergy to domperidone or formulation ingredients

✔️ Special Precautions

• Pregnancy: Use with caution; only if prescribed.
• Breastfeeding: Not recommended (may pass into breast milk, risk of cardiac side effects in infants).
• Elderly (≥60 years): Higher risk of heart rhythm disturbances.
• Kidney impairment: Dose adjustment may be necessary.
• Children: Not recommended in those <12 years or <35 kg body weight.
