✔️ Aceta-T Tablet: Composition:

Paracetamol + Tramadol Hydrochloride (325 mg + 37.5 mg)

✔️ Potential side effects may include:

• Asthenia (weakness), fatigue, hot flushes, dizziness, headache, tremor
• Gastrointestinal disturbances (abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, anorexia)
• Neurological effects (anxiety, confusion, euphoria, insomnia, nervousness, somnolence)
• Dermatological reactions (pruritus, rash)
• Increased sweating

✔️ Dosage & Administration

• For Moderate to Moderately Severe Pain:
  • Recommended dosage is 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief, with a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
• For Short-term Management of Acute Pain:
  • The recommended dosage is 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief, also with a maximum of 8 tablets per day.

Note: Aceta-T tablets can be taken without regard to food. Always follow the guidance of a registered healthcare professional regarding use.

✔️ Pediatric Use:

Safety and effectiveness in the pediatric population have not been established.

✔️ Geriatric Use:

Dosage for elderly patients should be approached with caution, taking into account possible hepatic, renal, or cardiac function decline.

✔️ Renal Impairment:

Not studied in patients with impaired renal function. In cases of creatinine clearance below 30 ml/min, dosing should not exceed 2 tablets every 12 hours.

✔️ Hepatic Impairment:

Not studied in patients with liver dysfunction; not recommended for use in these patients.

✔️ The use of Aceta-T Tablets is contraindicated in:

• Patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol, paracetamol, or any other component of the product.
• Situations where opioid use is contraindicated.

✔️ Pregnancy & Lactation

• Pregnancy Category: C. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. This combination should only be used during pregnancy if the potential benefit outweighs the risks to the fetus.
• Lactation: Not recommended for use in nursing mothers due to insufficient studies on safety in infants and newborns.

✔️ Precautions & Warnings

• Aceta-T may impair the mental or physical abilities required for performing tasks such as driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medication.
• Patients should not combine Aceta-T with other tramadol or paracetamol-containing products.
• Caution is advised when used alongside tranquilizers, hypnotics, or other opioid analgesics.
