Prevention of Ulcer Recurrence: 10 mg daily for those on low-dose aspirin or NSAIDs.
Helicobacter pylori Eradication: 20 mg twice daily alongside antibiotics (amoxicillin and clarithromycin/metronidazole) for 7 days.
Children: Not recommended for those under 18 years.
