Indications

Canvo 200 is used to treat:

• Candidemia
• Deep tissue Candida infections
• Invasive aspergillosis
• Severe infections caused by Scedosporium and Fusarium species

Administration

• Take on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or after meals.
• For intravenous (IV) administration, infuse over 1–2 hours (not exceeding 3 mg/kg/hr).

Dosage

Adults:

Invasive aspergillosis, candidemia, or serious fungal infections:

• IV: 6 mg/kg every 12 hours for the first 24 hours, followed by 4 mg/kg every 12 hours.
• Oral: 200 mg every 12 hours.
