Pharmacology
Sildenafil is a specific inhibitor of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) that is used to treat erectile dysfunction. Danafil (Sildenafil) enhances the effect of nitric oxide (NO) by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is responsible for cGMP degradation in the corpus cavernous, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and blood flow to the corpus cavernous.
Dosage & Administration
The suggested measurement of Sildenafil is 50 mg taken roughly 1 hour sometime recently during sexual movement. Be that as it may, Sildenafil may be taken anyplace from half an hour to 4 hours time a recent sexual movement. Based on adequacy and toleration, the measurements may be expanded to the greatest 100 mg or diminished to 25 mg. The greatest prescribed dosing recurrence is once per day.]If you take sildenafil with a heavy meal, it may take longer for it to work.
Interaction of Vigorex 100
When Sildenafil is taken with organic nitrates for angina, it can cause hypotension. Cimetidine, a drug used to treat gastric ulcers, as well as some antibiotics like Erythromycin and Rifampicin, and protease inhibitors like Ritonavir and Saquinavir used to treat HIV infection, may raise Sildenafil levels in the blood.
Contraindications
Any component of sildenafil is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to it. Because sildenafil enhances the hypotensive effects of nitrates, it is not recommended for patients who are taking organic nitrates on a regular or intermittent basis.
Side Effects of Vigorex 100
The adverse effects of sildenafil include headache, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, urinary tract infection, altered vision, diarrhea, dizziness, and rash.
