Dosage & Administration

Adults (≥18 years):
Take 2 capsules once daily, preferably with food, 1–2 hours before physical activity, or as directed by a registered physician.

• Epimedium sagittatum may slow blood clotting, increasing bleeding risk during surgery; discontinue use at least 2 weeks prior to surgery
• Not recommended for individuals with hormone-sensitive cancers, as it may influence estrogen levels
• Patients with cardiovascular disease should avoid use due to the potential risk of palpitations, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or excitability
• Use only under medical supervision if taking other medications
