SLX Aqua Lotion is a sunscreen formulated to shield the skin from harmful sun rays, providing protection against sunburn, premature aging, photosensitivity reactions, and reducing the risk of skin cancer. It contains a blend of both chemical and physical sunscreen agents to offer comprehensive protection.
✔️ Key Ingredients:
- Avobenzone U.S.P. 2.0% w/v: Absorbs UVA rays (320-400 nm).
- Octinoxate U.S.P. 7.5% w/v: Absorbs UVB rays (290-320 nm).
- Oxybenzone U.S.P. 3.0% w/v: Absorbs UVB and some UVA rays (290-360 nm).
- Octocrylene U.S.P. 3.0% w/v: Provides UVB protection (290-320 nm).
- Zinc Oxide I.P. 2.0% w/v: Acts as a physical sunscreen, reflecting and scattering both UV and visible light (290-700 nm).
✔️ Usage Instructions:
- Adults and children above 6 months should apply the lotion liberally and evenly to exposed skin areas before sun exposure.
- Reapply every 1 to 2 hours for adequate protection or as directed by a physician.
- Not recommended for children below 6 months unless supervised by a doctor.

- The formulation is generally safe, with dryness being the most common side effect.
