• Common: Dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, abdominal pain.

✔️ Dosage & Administration: Solider 10

• Adults and the elderly: Start with 5 mg of Solifenacin once daily. If necessary, increase the dose to 10 mg once daily.
• Children: Not recommended due to the lack of safety and efficacy data.

✔️ Overdose: Solider 10

Overdose can lead to severe anticholinergic effects such as hallucinations, tachycardia, and urinary retention. Treatment includes activated charcoal, gastric lavage, and symptomatic management (e.g., physostigmine for central effects, and beta-blockers for tachycardia).

✔️ Interactions: Solider 10

• Anticholinergic drugs: Caution with other medications that also have anticholinergic effects.
• Cholinergic agonists: May reduce the therapeutic effects of Solider.
• Gastrointestinal motility stimulants: Solider can reduce the effect of drugs like Metoclopramide.
• CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., Ketoconazole, Ritonavir): May increase the AUC of Solider; the maximum dose should be limited to 5 mg when used with these drugs.
• CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., Rifampicin): May affect Solider's pharmacokinetics.
• Warfarin, oral contraceptives, and digoxin: No significant interaction was noted.

✔️ Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to solifenacin or any component of the formulation.
• Myasthenia gravis, urinary retention, narrow-angle glaucoma, severe gastrointestinal conditions, and severe renal or hepatic impairment.
