Ispaghula Husk + Mebeverine Hydrochloride is an antispasmodic medication used for inflammatory bowel syndrome and abdominal spasms. It combines Mebeverine, relieving spasms and cramps, with Ispaghula, a laxative that softens and bulks stool. Take it as prescribed, preferably 25-30 minutes before a meal. Side effects are usually mild and transient. Inform your doctor of allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions, and other medications. Not recommended for children under 18. Oral Adults: One sachet in the morning and one in the evening half an hour before a meal. If necessary, an additional sachet may be taken before the midday meal.

Administration:
Stir the contents of a sachet into a glass of cold water (approximately 150ml) and drink immediately.
Animal studies have revealed no teratogenicity. However, normal precautions for administering any medication during pregnancy should be followed. Mebeverine does not pass into breast milk once a therapeutic dose is administered.
Do not take ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE if you are allergic to ‘Mebeverine and Ispaghula’ or any other contents present in it. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advised to consult a doctor before using ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE. ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE is not recommended for children and adolescents below 12 years of age. If you have had a history of acute porphyria (an enzyme deficiency in blood), heart disease, kidney disease, liver problems, and severe constipation, consult your doctor before taking ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE. Let your doctor know if you use any prescription and non-prescription medications, including vitamins and herbal drugs, before starting ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE. It is important to drink plenty of water or fluids while you are taking ISPAGHULA HUSK+MEBEVERINE.
This medication contains salts that are suitable to store only at room temperature, as keeping this medication above or below that, can cause an inadequate effect. Protect it from moisture and light.
